We want you to love your Stila purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products ordered directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply follow our easy return process for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
